- Quality Concerns: For items found to have quality issues at the counter, upon immediate reporting to DigiCanteen staff.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
- Orders that are not collected within the designated time.
- Discrepancies in taste or personal preference.
- Complaints raised after the food has been consumed or taken off the premises.
- User cancellations after the food preparation process has started.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Provide the following details:
- Order ID.
- Date and time of the transaction.
- Description of the issue, with relevant evidence (e.g., payment receipts, photos, etc.).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the issue.
4. Refund Methods
- Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Online Payments: Credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.
- Cash Transactions: May be refunded as store credit or coupons, subject to mutual agreement.
- DigiCanteen is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at support@dgcanteen.com within 7 days of receiving the decision. Our team will review the case and provide a final resolution.
